You want to talk about your jobs to your Greek friend, but don’t know how. Just use the verb είμαι before the words above. Remember to remove the article.
Examples :
- Eίμαι φωτογράφος. Δουλεύω σε εταιρία.
I am a photographer. Ι work in a company.
- Eίμαι υπάλληλος. Δουλεύω σε τράπεζα.
I am an employee. I work in a bank.
You can also use the verb δουλεύω + ως or εργάζομαι ως [formal] meaning I work as a….
- Δουλεύω ως φωτογράφος σε γραφείο.
Ι work as a photographer in an office
- Εργάζομαι ως δασκάλα σε σχολείο.
Ι work as a teacher in a school.
