It’s possible to describe and comment simply but effectively by using είμαι I am, είναι he/she is etc. and certain adjectives that are similar in English and Greek.

       –ic/-ical     ικός-ική-ικό

1. Είμαι αλλεργικός στο σιτάρι. Ι’m allergic to wheat
2. Eίναι ασθματική. She is asthmatic
3. Είναι φανταστικό! It’s fantastic!
4. Είναι πρακτική λύση. It’s a practical solution.
5. Είστε πολύ συμπαθητικός! You are very nice! (Note the different meaning from the English sympathetic)
6. Είναι τουριστικό μέρος. It’s a tourist(ic) place.
7. Eίναι πολιτικό θέμα. It’s a political issue.
